ABOUT
Our family house, for 30 years now, is a cosy farmhouse full of character, atmosphere and originality. Blancotte is surrounded by a beautiful garden and park with big old trees. Suitable for a group of people (18 pers. max) it is also more than comfortable and cosy for a small group or a single family. Situated in a hameau with a caretaker living on the property, it lies between the sunflowers and vineyards and has the most stunning views.
There is a large terrace with comfortable deckchairs around a swimming pool (7 x 12 m) and an open barn for lunches and dinners overlooking the pool area.
With plenty of corners and places to make yourself comfortable, to have lunch or dinner, to mingle, or to withdraw.
A stay at Blancotte is an experience caught in a few words: carefree and comfortable. Both houses feature amenities to make life easy: large cookers and ovens, professional dishwashers, fridges, freezers and ice cube makers. Not to forget all the fun extras: the jeu de boules court, ping pong table, billiards, board games, chess table, and a cupboard full of dvds to mention but a few...
Blancotte, comfortably accommodating 20 persons, is a great holiday home for a family or a group of friends. We’ve had families celebrating the 70th birthday of the Pater familias, reunions of friends getting together from all parts of the world, and weddings.
Main House
The main house has a cosy kitchen with a fireplace, a large scullery and two adjoining sitting rooms (both with fireplaces).

In the summer months one can enjoy small concerts in churches or other venues in each and every self-respecting village and small town.

Leisure Activities
The unique medieval ‘bastide’ of Fourcès (less than a 10 minute drive) sports a tennis court and there is also a kayak rental very nearby
Horse Riding
There’s a stable in Poudenas to go horseback riding through the idyllic surroundings
Golf Courses
The golf course of Barbaste is a 20 minute drive. There are more courses in the vicinity. Pau, with the oldest golf course of the continent, is a 1 ½ hour drive away
